Cozy, almost one hundred years old, but modernly renovated, cottage located in an attractive residential area 7 km south of Uppsala city. Beautiful surroundings with Hågadalens nature reserve, Mälaren, Gottsundagipen and Vårdsätra beach promenade at a convenient distance. During the summer months, the area is excellent for those who want to get out into nature on foot or by bike. In winter, you have good opportunities for cross-country skiing and downhill skiing in Sunnerstabacken and ice skating on the lake. We live next door in the main house.

Cottage on charming farm with sheep

The cottage is located on a charming small farm with sheep surrounded by fields. It is a well-planned cottage with an open layout. There are two beds in a bunk bed and two beds in a sturdy sofa bed. Firing in the fireplace offers a nice atmosphere. The kitchen area is well equipped with utensils such as stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker and fridge. The bathroom also has a washing machine. Patio with outdoor furniture is available during the warmer part of the year. Parking near the cottage. There is 16 grazing here now.

Small cozy guesthouse near lake.

Small cozy guest house on a leafy plot. 400 meters from the cottage is Lake Mälaren. Here you can swim at a jetty or small beach in the summer and ice skate in the winter. Close to a beautiful nature reserve with barbecue areas and nice forest. The cottage has a room and bathroom. It has a small, but fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher. There is a bed (140 cm) as well as a folding guest bed (70 cm). In the bathroom, there is a washing machine, shower and toilet. Sheets and towels included.

Privat small apartment with a separate entrance in a house from 1969. Nice, quiet and comfortable -perfect for one person and to stay longer. Full equipped smaller kitchen and a bathroom with shower, washing machine,comfortable bed, armchair, lots of wardrobes. You live by yourself and you don’t share anything. Gamla Uppsala is 4 km north of Uppsala city, nice, quiet and very close to the nature. The highway E4 is close and you can go by bus, bike or walk to city, it’s 100m to the busstop.
