Die Wohnung selber ist komplett neu saniert und renoviert, mit tollen, hochwertigen Möbel, mit denen wir Dir ein schönen Aufenthalt bieten möchten.

Otherwise, bus line 8 stops right outside the front door as well as lines 1 and 2 for about 100 m. Easy and fast connection to the highway. Parking space available.

The balconies (20 sqm) invite you to sunbathe, eat and enjoy the fantastic view over the Rotttal, with a view of the mountains when the weather is nice.
