Detached apartment of approx.34 sqm in a detached house, in which also the owners live. Extremely quiet location, since there is no thoroughfare. Separate entrance from the outside. 7 min walk to the S-Bahn. 25 min to Munich Central Station. 3 min walk to the shopping center (supermarket, pharmacy, hairdresser...). 5 min walk to the city center Fürstenfeldbruck. The house on the lake belongs to my wife and me. My son and his wife coordinate the rental for us (co-hosts). The lower apartment in the house is rented, the upper one we use occasionally.
