From here you can easily reach Munich city center for sightseeing, exhibitions, as well as Oktoberfest by S-Bahn, train or car in about 30 minutes. For further excursions, we recommend the largest thermal spa world in Europe in Erding, Poing amusement park and the exploration of many swimming lakes. Cozy apartment in Dießen am Ammersee

Cozy apartment on the first floor with a private terrace. Lakeside facilities, shopping and restaurants - all within walking distance in 7-8 minutes. Bathing area with kiosk about 1.5 km (accessible via car-free foot and bike path). From November to approx. the beginning of April, there is a beautiful lake view through the trees with magnificent sunrises. And from April to October, we are surrounded by lots of greenery and a beautiful view of the protected landscape area.

The house on the lake belongs to my wife and me. My son and his wife coordinate the rental for us (co-hosts). The lower apartment in the house is rented, the upper one we use occasionally. Unusually personal. Relax in this unique and quiet place to stay. You live right by the river in an old Art Nouveau villa. The apartment is very spacious and still has a small Stüberl with a direct view of the Amper. Munich is only 25 minutes away by S-Bahn and you can go to the FFB train station by bus or car, or you can walk the 1.3 km. There is plenty of parking - in the street, right in front of the door. Restaurants and shopping is in walking distance.
