It is a bright and stylish apartment and from its terrace of approx. 100 m2, your gaze will range from Positano to the island of Capri and to the small Li Galli. It offers you the ideal place for those who want to understand the genuine charm of the Amalfi Coast, just outside the hustle and bustle of the more touristy areas. The tourist spots of the coast are within easy reach, just a short walk from the house because you can take the local bus that connects Praiano to Positano, which is 6 km away. At the SITA bus stop number 7, you can also take the SITA bus service to Amalfi, Positano, Sorrento, Naples, Pompeii, Paestum, etc. Whether in Amalfi (8 km) and Positano (6 km) you can catch a ferry to reach Sorrento, Capri and other coastal resorts by sea. Casa Panoramica consists of two bedrooms, one with an ensuite bathroom with shower, the other with two single sofa beds. A large window separates the living room from the terrace and it also allows you to enjoy a beautiful sea view from inside the house. The living room is furnished with a sofa and a table with chairs, and the kitchen is open to the living room. The apartment has a second bathroom with a shower. The large terrace, partially covered, is equipped with table and chairs to eat outside even in the rain, sun loungers and umbrellas. There is both air-conditioning and heating. The beach Gavitella is within walking distance with a path that includes about 400 steps. A little further away, about 1.5 km, is the beautiful beach of Praia, reachable by bus, where you can also rent small boats and attend diving school. By both beaches, there are bars and restaurants open during the warmer months. Along the main street, you can find many shops, grocery stores, bars, and restaurants. Villa Mareblu is located in Arienzo,a quiet area of Positano,500mt from the center of the town .The villa has a lovely terrace with a breathtakingly exquisite sea view and private staircase to Arienzo beach. Due to safety issues linked to weather conditions, the private staircase is open from May until 15th of October. There is the local and Sita bus stops on the main road and private parking for cars of a small/medium size (price 50€ per day to pay on the site).
