Stay in our charming little retro pearl of 78 sqm with large garden just next to Pelarne church. 5 minutes to Bullerbyn. 10 minutes (1 km) to Vimmerby and Astrid Lindgrens Värld. The house has two bedrooms, a common room, a dining room, a kitchen and a new bathroom with a toilet, a shower and a washing machine. Two double beds (one large, and one 140 cm wide) and a single bed (pull-out sofa in the dining room, for children or shorter adult.). Guests clean themselves after their stay. Please bring your own towels and bedsheets.

The house is about 100 m2 in two levels and is located a stone's throw from a larger farm building in the middle of the countryside in the Småland forests. You can get to Kalmar and Öland in 30-60 minutes and to Nybro to shop in ten. There are duvets, a wood-burning stove, a sauna in the woods and the cat Doris will be happy to stay with you if you want company.

Newly built guesthouse ‘Ludwig’ in Västervik/Gränsö

Just a few minutes from central Västervik is the Gränsö Nature Reserve, a peninsula close to the sea where nature is allowed to take centre stage. In a quiet area, we rent out our guesthouse with a view of the water and nature as your closest neighbour. Here, you wake up to the sparkling sea and birdsong and fall asleep to the silence of the forest. There are several swimming spots, and the nearest one is about 150 metres from the guest house. You can start hiking trails right around the corner from the house.

The house has one bedroom with two beds, a loft with a 140 cm mattress, a fully tiled bathroom with shower and toilet, a living room combined with a kitchenette & dining area. In the cabin there is a smart TV and Wi-Fi, a small fridge, microwave, coffee maker, induction cooktop, charcoal grill, etc., everything to be able to stay for a long time. This new Beach House sits on the beautiful sand beach at Byrum-Sandvik on Öland. Watch sunsets over the ocean and the island of Blå Jungfrun. Explore the unique rock formations "Raukarna" to the south. Swimming, surfing, hiking, biking, jogging all at your door step. Golf courses are nearby (20 km). Located on a large property only 80 meters from the water and 20 meters from the main house (occasionally occupied). Pour a glass of wine, grab a chair and walk to the beach or go for a bike ride.

Summerhouse ocean view - Eco Friendly

Fully equipped summerhouse, with a fantastic location in the peninsula north of Oskarshamn. It is located on an "island" in the archipelago north-east of Oskarshamn, ~ 20 min by car. The area is called Dragskär. The "island" is connected to the mainland via a small natural pier and short bridge. Road goes all the way to the house. Here starts the marvellous east coast archipelago. From the big 20 sqm sun lounge/patio you have a direct splendid view of a small bay in the Baltic sea.

In Västervik's archipelago is beautiful Gränsö, which is a peninsula and a nature reserve located about 5 km from the center of Västervik. Västervik became the summer city of the year in 2020. On a unique waterfront plot in one of Gränsö's best locations, we rent out our fresh 56 sqm cottage, from 2013. The cottage has 2 bedrooms + sleeping loft, kitchen and living room in an open plan with a fireplace. The cottage sleeps a total of 5 people. Toilet with shower and washing machine.
