It's clear a lot of care went into the property as EVERYTHING is brand-new. The furniture, Wi-Fi, and appliances were exceptional, and I loved the newly renovated kitchen and bathroom (both stocked with plenty of supplies). My favorite part was the wraparound deck with the hanging lights and plants. I definitely recommend this location to others!

Rhoby was the perfect host and the cabin was fantastic! She was super friendly and very responsive. She was very flexible with our check in and check out. Also had a pack n play and baby gate for our youngest. The cabin was clean and the neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. Highly recommend staying here and can’t wait to stay again soon!

We stayed at the guesthouse as an overnight pitstop on a long road trip. The host was super helpful and responsive, we felt safe as a young family in the neighborhood, it wasn't too far off the interstate, and check in was SUPER easy! The place was clean and there was plenty of room to set up our pack and play. We would stay again!

We enjoyed our stay here. The house looked just like it was described in the listing. Everything was clean. The one level house was nice for my baby, who is crawling. The neighborhood is quiet, which was convenient for putting my 2 kids to bed at night. Amy was responsive to the questions I had and provided detailed instructions for check in and check out. It was a short drive to downtown Lincoln from the house.
