We absolutely loved staying at this cute, clean place. It was really nicely decorated, free of clutter, everything was new and comfy, but the best thing was the view, deck, and hot tub. Oh, and the frogs at night. Just the sweetest piece of country land to be found. The beds were amazing, linens were great. Honestly, nothing to say other than I will and would book this place again. If you're looking for a beautiful night sky, hot tub under the stars, and a great home to call home, this is it. Great host, too :)

We had an utterly fabulous week at Magalie's lovely gite. Very tranquil settings, just the sounds of the birds and peace and quiet. The grounds were beautiful tended and the gite was immaculate and very well set out and equiped. The beds were memory foam I think and very comfortable and lots of hot water. Important things i think when looking for reviews. It rained most days but the heating was on and very comfortable. ,Magalie and her husband were very helpful and lovely hosts. We will book again xx

Veronique’s place is a little gem. Colourful and filled with beautiful object, very comfortable, small but cozy. We enjoyed the location, the peace and Veronique.

Very good hosting by Valerie. There is everything to cook, the environment is very quiet, and the fireplace is pure happiness in winter! Beautiful walks in the area, village grocery store is busy and within walking distance.

We had a lovely time at this positively lost stone lodge in the Quercy. quiet, large bed for rest, nice setting. and surely a good time in the pool in the summer. we'll be happy to come back

Super friendly and helpful hosts with a fantastic place to stay. Very secluded, you can relax here and leave everyday life behind. Monpazier (5 min. by car) offers a picturesque backdrop, everything you need for everyday use and in the other villages nearby, every explorer will find something. We had a wonderful time and look forward to seeing you again!

Sibel and Michiel's place is very nice for a moment with friends. The brightness of the living room is less present than in the photos, but the weather allowed us to enjoy the beautiful weather in the garden. So we had a great time. Thanks

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Le Petit Cinq Ruffe. Caroline and Paul were excellent hosts and made us feel very welcome. Nothing was too much trouble. The property was lovely and met all our needs. The location was very rural and quiet; exactly what we had hoped for. The welcome included a lovely platter of local produce and delicious wine. We thoroughly enjoyed it! We would not hesitate to highly recommend this property.

Our family of 6 and our dog stayed at Le Fournet Bas for one week. The place looks even better in real life than it did in the photos - rustic charm with modern facilities. The bedrooms worked really well — boys in the twin, girls in the double and we had the “old bread oven” annex. The saltwater pool was delightful, clean and well-maintained. The barbecue area was excellent and well-used throughout our week. We would recommend renting electric bikes from the nearby FatVelo - a great way to spend a morning/day. Also Chateau de Bonaguil is very close and well worth a visit. Nearby St-Martin-le-Redon is a beautiful little village, and Puy L’Évêque is also well worth a visit. Christine and Gérard were very welcoming and helpful and resolved any little questions quickly and without any fuss. All-in-all, a fantastic place to spend a relaxing week.

Charming little house very nicely decorated, quiet in the countryside on the edge of a greenway (many tourist sites accessible by bike via roads/paths with very little traffic). Diane is very concerned about your well-being. Very nice place to recharge and enjoy this corner of Périgord away from the noise and the crowd.

Our stay was perfect from the moment we received such a warm welcome from Sophie and Daniel. The house is beautiful and very luxurious with everything you could think of needing and more all of the highest quality. We were travelling with our 6 month old granddaughter and everything she needed was there, even some toys placed in the cot - adorable and so kind! Daniel brought us a delicious breakfast of pastries and fruit juice on our first morning which was so thoughtful. The garden is stunning with the pool being an absolute highlight and very welcome in 38 degree heat. The location is peaceful yet close to amenities and the town of Montabaun is only a short drive away. We made use of the bikes to explore the roads around the house. Outdoor living was very easy with a variety of places to sit, cook, eat and relax. We really can’t fault our stay and only wished we had booked 2 weeks instead of 1! Thank you so much for welcoming us in to your special home Sophie and Daniel.

We are so glad we chose to stay at David's place! The location in the village of Albas is beautiful & everything was clean and very comfortable. We also appreciated being able to sit in the garden. It was hot while we were there (34 degrees) but we were very comfortable because it is well-insulated and has shutters and aircon. Highly recommended!

We had a great time in Avignon! The house is even better in reality than the photos. The owners are very welcoming, attentive, they put us at ease and we feel at home. The bedding is very good and the outdoor space is very refreshing. The children loved their kind dog and they loved feeding the chickens. The place was very clean and the welcome basket was a reflection of the generosity of the owners. Breakfast was the little extra of the stay, thank you for this delicious jam with fresh bread and salted butter! (Not counting fruit, yogurt, croissants, etc.) We also really enjoyed our petanque games as well as the jacuzzi! Thank you for everything, we will come back without hesitation.

This house is an absolute gem. Perfectly located for exploring Castelnaud Chateau and other local sights. The garden view is lovely and is great fun when the balloons float past! A beautiful, characterful cottage in the heart of this historic village.

The outdoor kitchen and relaxing area was superb. We spent a lot of time out there watching the birds and balloons float by. Loved sitting in the tub with cool water on a hot day, watching the boats on the river. Gorgeous views of the town. Central location to easily drive out to so many beautiful picturesque towns. Highly recommend the canoe loisirs 3 hour canoe journey from vitrac to beynac. They run a very cheerful organized business.

Pleasant accommodation in a green residence, corresponding in every respect to the listing. We were able to fully enjoy the pool. La Dame du Lac restaurant nearby that we recommend. An excellent base for visiting the region. Marie is a responsive and accommodating host.

We had a great week at Olivier's cottage - the place is beautiful, peaceful and very well-equipped. It matches the photos and description perfectly. Olivier was very responsive and his information was very clear and helpful. I teleworked and the wifi connection is impeccable. Lots of places to visit nearby such as Puy l'Evêque, Cahors, Pech Merle Cave, Rocamadour, the Gouffre de Padirac and many more! Walks in the vineyards are very pleasant as is the Jacuzzi at the end of the day with a view of the forest :) We can only recommend this cottage and thank Olivier and Fabienne for the perfect provision of their accommodation. Charlotte was an excellent host. Very quick responses and when we had a problem ,she was brilliant. The cottage is super and our dogs appreciated the large garden and easy walks from the front door. A special mention for the nearby little hamlet just down the lane. Very friendly neighbours and until the end of September an interesting archaeological dig is underway. The archaeologists were quite happy to explain what was being excavated and what they were finding. The local Bastide villages are very pretty and with good local restaurants easy to find. Enjoy your holiday.
