Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place. Gorgeous old barn that has been renovated into a three bedroom, two bathroom home. Enjoy the pool in the summer months (approx June - Oct) and the fireplace in the winter months. 1500m2 of private space for you, as well as your own parking place. Beautiful walks in the woods are at your doorstep, towns of Fumel, Monsempron-Libos, Saint Vita and Montayral within 10 mins and the magnificent Chateau de Bonaguil only 7 minutes away.

Carp cottage

A 100 metres away there is an electric car charging station. A 3 minute walk away are many amenities and especially a farmer’s market on Thursdays. A 4 minute drive away is a shopping center with a Leclerc supermarket and various other stores like Gifi Action, a petrol station and a mechanic. The Lot à Lustrac Trentels is 13 minutes by car. Our apartment is on the river with many places to fish. The train station is a 10 minute walk away and goes to Agen. The hospital is 25 minutes away.

Access to the shared swimming pool (without fence or lock) overlooking the meadow and forest for total relaxation. Please note: in July/August, bookings from Saturday to Saturday only.

As you step into the cottage, you'll first encounter the kitchen featuring a charming handmade 4-meter wooden table and complete amenities. Ascend the stairs to the second floor housing a cozy lounge area and bedrooms. The lounge offers comfortable seating, including super big floor cushions. There are two bedrooms with single beds and two with queen-sized beds. Additionally, the bathroom on this floor features toilets, showers, and two wash basins.

A stream along the meadow, hiking trails and the nearby medieval village invite you to take a walk.
