There is an area for alfresco meals, a small herb garden & deck chairs to enjoy the spectacular views; off road parking. The owners, Bill and Jenny Higgs live next door - very discreet but always on hand to help.

Une petite maison d'architecte chaleureuse en bois pour deux personnes. Elle se trouve dans un verger au milieu des arbres fruitiers . Située sur une butte, c'est un balcon sur la campagne bourguignonne, dans le Tonnerrois à proximité de Chablis et aux portes de la Champagne. La maison est totalement indépendante, avec son jardin privatif. J’habite à côté, je suis très disponible pour des conseils, des suggestions ou autre. Un ciel souvent fabuleux pour les amateurs d’astronomie.

We had a great weekend with friends in this large charming house, a real little haven of peace. A wonderful blend of modern and old. Very good and clean bedding. The rooms are very pleasant with 3 out of 4 en suite rooms. The exteriors are very soothing with everything you need (barbecues, deckchairs, games, outdoor table, etc.) And the icing on the cake, the indoor pool jacuzzi in which we spent great moments. Kevin is very kind, very responsive and very accommodating. Really, a great host who did a wonderful job with his wife on this old barn. We will gladly return to this sublime accommodation in which we were able to relax and rest with friends. Great memories engraved thanks to you. Thank you again ☺️

Very pleasant family stay in a beautiful area. The house is charming, perfect for spending pleasant moments with young children. Games available that delighted the young and… the big ones . We discovered the forest of green giants 3.5 kilometers away, full of poetry. The house is well-equipped. We felt good there very quickly. Thanks to Lauren and Nico. Recommended.
