Total area is 93 ㎡.Renovated an entire 3-story building. * The hotel part is on the 2nd floor, 3rd floor, and rooftop Because of the living space on the second floor and the bedroom separate structure on the third floor, it can be used spaciously for couples as well as families and groups. The interior utilizes the texture of the concrete and the open space with the ceiling pulled out.The exterior exterior is an unimaginable stylish design to stimulate your sensibilities. There is also an island kitchen with a huge one board.It is also a great place for small events. Notably, the open rooftop space should be noted.Wonderful morning coffee overlooking the hustle and bustle of the city is the best. Enjoy a special Kobe experience in a corner of the city.

Nishimura-Tei Hanare ― 100-year-old traditional house with kitchen & dining

Nishimura Residence is an old-fashioned Nara-machiya that has been standing on a piece of Nara-machi for more than 100 years. I was a “grandmother” for a long time when I was a child. In Nara Town, there is a pleasant despicable feeling that never changes. "I want to be filled with this pleasant contempt even for future generations." With that in mind, I took care of the empty Nishimura Residence. - Nishimura-Tei is originally a traditional Japanese house which has been here in Nara-machi town over 100 years, where my grandmother used to live in. My mother and I decided to renovate this house to preserve and pass down the virtue of good old days in Japan to the next generation as well as to show it to you.

The guest house located at an elevation of about 2500ft in Rokko area of Seto Inland Sea National Park. Unfortunately, there is no veiw from the guest house, but you can enjoy the private space as it is reserved for one building. This is a newly renovated old Japanese house, a middle-class residence built in 1929 and renovated in 2017. It is a legal accommodation permitted by the city of Osaka. Located in the southern part of Osaka, a very quiet residential area. 10 minutes away from the nearest subway station, Kishinosato. It is easy to reach Namba, Umeda by subway, KIX and Koyasan by Nankai Railway. The 7-11 convenience store is one minute away. The Sento public bath is also very close to my house.

This house belonged to a famous wood carver of "ittobori" - a traditional Nara technique of carving the wood. A projector and a record player will make your stay even more pleasant. Enjoy!
