On the first floor, there are 3 bedrooms (one double, one single, one with a 180x190 cm double bed or two 90x190 cm single beds), an additional bed, a bathroom with a bathtub, and a terrace. In the summer period, the use of the swimming pool is included from 9 am to 7 pm

The house is located in a very quite "borgo" not many cars, just the sound of the river and birds while you are enjoying your al fresco dinner in the private garden, under the wisteria canopy.
