Monthly Rentals in Fuente Amarga

We had 5 fantastic days with Mike in very beautiful surroundings. We felt very welcome with fresh flowers and a cold drink after a long drive. The facilities were top notch and everything was beautifully cleaned. Nice large pool, and outdoor area with both shade and sun. Highly recommended if you want a getaway from everything to peace and relaxation in private surroundings.

We had a wonderful stay at Maria's. The casa was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. Both Maria and Pepita were super responsive and very nice. The grocery stores and main square are about a 10 min walk and pretty well stocked. There is lots of street parking and we never had an issue finding a spot, although could get a bit busy on the weekends. We were climbing at Desplomilandia most days and the drive the back way via Gobantes was very easy.

The stay at Casa Carla was successful. The room was well prepared. Comfortable bed, thick bedding. The kitchen has everything you need. The place is very clean. There is nothing in the area, so it is worth considering. Access from Malaga is demanding. The road through the mountains: narrow, winding, and bumpy in places. The location on Google Maps is inaccurate. In general, I recommend it for the experience of staying in an Andalusian village at the end of the world. Very kind and helpful hosts. They have a dog that was very cute.

This place was the perfect base for an amazing climbing trip in the area. A great flat in a convenient location, close to top class crags, moments from a supermarket, with a great shower, comfy bed and fast WiFi, plus a superb roof terrace as a wonderful bonus. The car parking is tight, but totally manageable, the only very slight downside was the roller window shutters rattle a bit, and rather loudly, but ONLY when it’s very windy, as it was for a couple of days during our stay (30+ mph). Easily solved by rolling them up and it’s still dark enough to sleep, so all good. 👌 Really enjoyed our 10 day stay and would definitely return!!
