Included are guest cards with free use of public transport as well as a daily ascent/descent with the mountain railways in summer/autumn!

The cross-country skiing center and trail are also a few minutes' walk away. Occupancy up to 2 people (infants not included).

The studio is located on the top floor at the old entrance to Scuol, which is now practically car-free and very quiet. The studio scores with its particularly spacious layout of 50m2. Directly from the house entrance, one can stroll comfortably and idyllically along the old and current Stradun without having to overcome any elevation.
