Thank you for looking at our charming 1930's home located in the heart of Fryeburg, Maine, but so close to North Conway, NH. It's the perfect location to explore the western region of Maine and its lakes, the Mt. Washington Valley, the White Mountain National Forest, and the surrounding New Hampshire area. Secluded, park-like setting on 1.83 acres! Beautiful views of Weston's farm & the mountains, but only a short 5 minute walk to the center of Fryeburg or to Weston's beach on the Saco River.

An open living area features a comfortable light-colored couch and a flat-screen television mounted on the wall. Natural light fills the space through large windows, accented by a decorative coffee table and a small fan. A wood stove adds a cozy touch to the room.

We are centrally located in the heart of Fryeburg within blocks of Fryeburg's Town Center, across the street from Fryeburg Academy. So much to do within our surrounding area. Sking, hiking, shopping, breweries, wedding venues and so much more. 25 minutes from North Conway New Hampshire and with 15 minutes from Mount Pleasant Ski resort.
