Claudio gave us very clear instructions prior to arrival, the place turned out to be very private and cozy, with a wonderful environment. The service we received was very familiar and we felt very happy during our stay. We definitely want to come back!

Nicolas' apartment is excellent, one of the best accommodations I've ever stayed in. It is spacious, it is very well equipped, the hot water and heating work perfectly even in the middle of a very strong storm that occurred during our stay. The best thing about the apartment is the view, the balcony is beautiful. I recommend it 100%

Excellent house, almost like new, with all the amenities to spend several days in the place. Beautiful plot, remarkable quality of the furniture, the beds, and the central heating it has.

We were completely in love with the place. The view is spectacular, especially at sunrise, a true gift for the soul. The house is located in an exclusive condominium, very quiet, with few neighbors and controlled access, which provides a lot of security and privacy. The house was impeccably equipped and very well thermally insulated; despite the cold outside, inside we always felt warm and comfortable. Arturo, the host, had an excellent disposition. Although we coordinated everything remotely, he was always attentive and available. We had a small problem with the kitchen, and in just 15 minutes he managed to get someone to help us, a 7! We were able to walk down to the lake, and the view was simply wonderful. We went in search of rest, and we found it in full. In fact, we don't feel the need to leave the place. The cleanliness was also impeccable, all the spaces were perfectly tidy and clean. Definitely a place we hope to go back to.

It was an amazing place to stay at. Right by the lake, where you can see the volcano when you go down. Theres heating in the place which is great for winter. Marian was very responsive when we had any questions and during check in. We enjoyed our stay here and would definitely come again!

If you love nature and beautiful views, this is definitely the place for you. The house is comfortable, spacious, in a quiet place, with spectacular views. Perfect for relaxing, going for a walk, and enjoying nature. Tamara, apart from that, is an excellent host. She is really super attentive to what you need, gives you tips, helps you with everything, has an excellent disposition. It's a 10/10 accommodation.

A few hours before entering Diego communicated with me and was available for any questions. She took the time to call me to tell me about the nearby places to go to eat and the activities we could do within the complex where the house is located. The house is beautiful, we were with my family to celebrate my father's birthday and everyone was amazed, it is very spacious and super equipped, nothing is missing. One of the many details we liked is that it has a montessori style room with a double bed, a cot and a carpet for the kids to play (it comes equipped with toys). Everything in the house is top quality, my brother and his family travel a lot and we were told that they had never been to such a complete and luxurious Airbnb. We were so delighted with the house and the city that we are surely going back.

I was on a business trip in Puerto Montt, and stayed in Manuel's apartment for two weeks. The place is modern and practical with an indoor garage and elevator right from the garage. Don't miss the local restaurant Cotele if you stay here, where the food is grilled in the middle of the guests! Manuel was good at following up and was always quick to respond if there was anything I was wondering about. I can definitely recommend Manuel's apartment to others who are traveling in this area.

We had an amazing time with my family. An excellent view of the lake, the comfortable apartment with a terrace to enjoy. Close to several very good restaurants and we enjoyed excellent gastronomy. We enjoy all the wonder of Puerto varas and its surroundings by doing some tours. Everything wonderful to come back every year to enjoy this beautiful places that our dear Chile offers us.
