Very close to the lake, restaurants and the Teatro del Lago. Also close to supermarkets, pharmacies and shops in the centre in general. Very well equipped for a comfortable stay. The house has a bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed for a maximum of two people. Twenty-one species of native trees were planted on the plot, and you can walk among them.
