"El Descanso Refuge" is ideal for disconnecting and relaxing, away from the noise and routine of the city. It has beautiful views, surrounded by meadows and trees. It is a rustic and cozy tiny house of 32 square meters, ideal for families or couples who want to live a different experience and share unique moments, remembering childhood in the tree house. It is very private. It is located on a 5,000 square meter lot. I live on the same lot so we will be attentive to everything you need.

Southern loft house

A 65 sq. meter house built and decorated with details that will make your stay a pleasure from the moment you enter the grounds. It is located on a plot with 2 houses and 2 friendly and quiet dogs. This special 65 sq. meter Puerto Varas house was designed with a large common space that integrates the kitchen, living room, and terrace designed especially to enjoy family gatherings and connect with the environment. Located 5-10 minutes by car from downtown Puerto Varas and the lake.

Cozy House

Comfortable and cozy house to feel at home. It is fully equipped, has a water heater with hot water, slow combustion, and parking. It is a closed site, and includes a washing machine and Wi-Fi. The house can accommodate 7 people. Located in a villa at the entrance of Frutillar Alto (behind Cruz del Sur bus terminal), but minutes from downtown, supermarkets, and about 5 minutes from the spa. Pets are welcome! I DO NOT INCLUDE TOWELS, THE GUEST MUST BRING THEM.

(Kilometer 25 of the southern highway) The cabin is located on the side of the road, is easily accessible and is located next to the owner's house on the site. The loft sits on top of a small barn. It has large picture windows with a clear view of Lago Llanquihue and Volcan Osorno. There is a small balcony with outdoor seating. The interior decoration is entirely local hardwood, stone, and wool. The kitchen is fully equipped. There is a pellet stove that keeps it warm even on sub freezing days. The loft is a 20 minute walk from Puerto Varas center.
