Located 5-10 minutes by car from downtown Puerto Varas and the lake.

Your family will be close to everything when you stay in this centrally located accommodation. We are located on Calle San Pedro N 44 in Frutillar Alto, a quiet and family-friendly area. We are close to supermarkets and 10 minutes from the lake where you can visit beautiful places located in our commune. In addition, you are close to Puerto Varas, Llanquihue and Puerto Octay, cities that have beautiful surroundings for you to enjoy the nature of the tenth region.

Cozy House

Comfortable and cozy house to feel at home. It is fully equipped, has a water heater with hot water, slow combustion, and parking. It is a closed site, and includes a washing machine and Wi-Fi. The house can accommodate 7 people. Located in a villa at the entrance of Frutillar Alto (behind Cruz del Sur bus terminal), but minutes from downtown, supermarkets, and about 5 minutes from the spa. Pets are welcome! I DO NOT INCLUDE TOWELS, THE GUEST MUST BRING THEM.

All details were carefully supervised by the owner, Natalia, who is available to suggest local attractions and to help out with your needs.

We have 2 identical cabins, one next to the other (Blue Cabin and Green Cabin) Fully equipped with everything you need to spend a few days relaxing: you can enjoy watching the fire in the fireplace while drinking tea, all designed to make you feel welcomed and at home.
