Newly refurbished for the 2024 season, self-catering gîte for two in rural France, offering a double bedroom, en-suite walk-in shower room, open plan living with log fire and two private patio areas. It's a wonderful situation at the head of the beautiful Gatine valley. Ideal any season for walking, cycling or simply taking time out. In the winter months you’ll be cozy with the log burner - and there are heaters if you need extra warmth in a cold snap - just ask, we’re always nearby to help.

"Le Grenier", studio de 22m² vous propose une partie salon avec canapé, table haute, kitchenette équipée, un vrai lit (140x190), grande douche (140x80), WC séparés. Quiet by the Auxance River, character house (former hunting lodge of the 1st Prefect of Vienna) 1.5 km from the village of Vouillé with all amenities. Quiet and authentic house in a green setting with a large private courtyard and stone farm buildings that bring a rustic charm and conducive to rest. For your outings, 20 km from the Futuroscope, Poitiers, the cities to discover Saint-Savin, Chauvigny, Montmorillon the city of writing and the Puy du Fou.

This accommodation is very quiet and comfortable. Plus, you can enjoy the Futuroscope Park just 10 km away.

In summer, you can also enjoy the terrace equipped with a kitchen with a grill. Access to the heated pool between June and September.

Située dans un lieu-dit à 3 km du centre bourg de Vouillé, village agréable avec toutes commodités (boulangeries, marché le samedi matin, pharmacie, boucherie, restaurants, supermarché, tabac/presse ...) A 25 minutes du Futuroscope et du centre ville de Poitiers.

The cottage overlooks and accesses the river, where swimming is possible. The hamlet is very peaceful, and the water is a great place to relax! A walk can be enjoyed from the cottage, along a path along the Vienne River. You can reach Chauvigny on foot or by bike along the trails. There are a few chickens on the grounds.
