The house is close to Smedstugan, our second house we rent out here on Airbnb. Fishing included. Salmon stocked. One fish is included in the rent, then SEK 100/salmon. Rowboat included. The kitchen has a folding section, which can be pulled completely to the side, large opening out to the balcony. Floor 1 - kitchen, TV room, bathroom. You will have access to our private home park with barbecue facilities and swing. Nice forest to hike or bike in. The cottage has a brand new kitchen and bathroom. Wi-Fi is available. On the property, there is also an 18th-century house you can peek into. It is 12 minutes to Nybro and 8 minutes to Orrefors with Orranäs glassworks and swimming lake.

The cottage is surrounded by forest, and is a stone's throw away from the lake, where you have your own jetty. The perfect place if you dream of a break from everyday life. Cold baths outside or in the lake. The food is cooked on a fire or in the outdoor kitchen. Drinking water is collected from the pump house located just behind the house. Toilet visits take place in luxury. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in the cottage.

Here you have lake Saljen close by (2km) where you can swim and fish. There are several walking trails directly from the house. In the beautiful garden we have a fire pit for grill evenings.
