Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Frosinone

Stefano was a wonderful host! Multiple suggestions for food or anything else. He takes pride in his property and wants you to have a wonderful experience. Would absolutely stay here again. Right near the Metro, Vatican and shopping. So convenient to everything. Had a wonderful family vacation.

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The apartment was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed—even thoughtful touches like extra plugs and umbrellas. Check-in and check-out were a breeze, and the host was kind enough to accommodate an early check-in. He was incredibly responsive and gave us great recommendations for restaurants and things to do in the area. The location is excellent—close to all the major attractions and the city center. It’s ideal if you enjoy walking, but taxis or Ubers might be more convenient if not. We rented a Vespa and found it to be the perfect way to get around. We would definitely stay here again!

We loved our stay at Lio’s place! The apartment is exactly as pictured, highlighted by a big, beautiful kitchen and huge windows that let tons of natural light into the main sitting room. All rooms (sitting room and bedrooms) have shutters to make them dark for when you want to sleep. Beds are super comfy and the washer/dryer were so helpful keeping our kids’ clothes clean. The location is terrific - in a safe and walkable neighborhood. Easy access to get around all of Rome but particularly convenient to Vatican City. Most importantly, Lio is a wonderful host! Super responsive, greeted us on arrival, and even helped settle our luggage into the flat. Couldn’t imagine a kinder host :) We hope we’re lucky enough to stay with Lio again if we’re ever in Rome. This was an OUTSTANDING stay, and I cannot wait to come back!!! After staying here, I will never stay in a different area when returning. The apartment was absolutely pristine. Very luxurious and quiet, yet right in the center of the Roma experience!!! I definitely hope to return! I couldn’t have loved it more. We were also fortunate enough to get early check-in! As a solo traveler, I really appreciated how you checked in on me and responded quickly when I had trouble with the AC—you came by immediately with your maintenance guy. I felt safe, cared for, and welcomed. You also gave me great birthday dinner recommendations and had a super helpful welcome booklet with curated spots and things to do around Rome. The apartment was exactly like the photos—clean, stylish, and perfect for content. All the amenities worked, and the location was ideal—just 15 mins from the Colosseum and close to public transport. 100/10 experience. I couldn’t have asked for a better host. Grazie, Stephano!

Luigi's place was the perfect location for our family of five. Central and within walking distance to everything you want to see. You can practically see the Pantheon as soon as you walk out the door! Clean, all the amenities you could want, and best of all a host who is enthusiastic about making sure you and your family have all you need to get the most out of your trip to Rome!

My girlfriend and I are doing a Europe tour and this spot absolutely blew the others out of the water. The space is large, great bathroom and kitchen, and the host and her family are super sweet. They even gave us complimentary champagne and snacks. I will absolutely be returning - highlight of our trip.

With steps away from most everything - the location was perfect. If not close, a taxi stand and a bus route was right outside the door. The place was exactly as described, so clean and perfect for us. The place was very secure too - which is nice in the hustle and bustle of Rome. The host was very responsive and helped us with early check in and transportation services. Highly recommend!

Pio is a great host and nothing was a problem. The apartment was homely and comfortable and was very private, the balcony and apartment wasn't overlooked by anybody. We enjoyed time in the garden too. The village has a renowned war museum and a couple of cafes and bars as well as a supermarket, all within a few minutes walk.

We felt very good in the house. The house is very well equipped and nothing is missing. The terrace is just wonderful. Highly recommend.

Beautiful place in a lovely peaceful part of Rome. Amazing garden. Paolo and Claudio were great hosts too.

Impeccable stay. Really a house that is small but well maintained and with all the necessary comforts. One slightly uncomfortable thing, but you get used to it, is the bathroom that is small for a person over 1.70m. For the rest, everything is really taken care of in detail. Easy to reach, convenient parking. Warm and well-structured apartment. Thanks to the host Serena who was really courteous, helpful and always responsive to every message. We'll definitely be back!

Vittorio’s place was incredible. Easy to find. He was responsive. An amazing stay overall. Very happy we were able to stay here and found their little town. Thank you so much for having us.

Stylish and cozy home. ACs in every room. Skylights also makes this place perfect. Perfect neighbourhood to walk around and take in the beauty that Rome has to offer. Many restaurants to choose from. Flaviana was amazing to communicate for our arrival and make suggestions on her personal favorite list of cafés, groceries and restaurants.

We loved our stay at Simone’s. Great space, easy bus access. Lovely garden for aperitivo. One button wash/dry machine for clothes was nice. Great A/C and wifi. Fresh fruit! Can’t wait to go back.

Roberto’s place in Castel Gandolfo was absolutely perfect. It’s so well maintained and has everything you may need! Roberto was a kind host that even offered to drive me from the train station. The home is in a perfect location just a 3 minute walk from the main square of the town. Definitely a slower/quiet area at least when I was there in October but stunningly beautiful :)

Lots of good things to say about this place. It’s about 5 min walk to the Colosseum, with several good restaurants in the area and amenities. And it’s well connected to other parts of the city. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the apartment was bigger than I expected. Stefano and Francesca were great hosts, always responsive and super helpful - gave us recommendations and were quick to help us whenever we needed. They also surprised us with a lovely bottle of wine for my husband’s birthday. I would certainly go back for our next visit to Rome.

Giordano’s place was clean and very well appointed. Check in was a breeze! We very much enjoyed our stay here. It was not too far from the Colosseum, but the trip to the Vatican City was quite a far walk. I would suggest taking the metro line if you are going up that way. Overall, loved our stay!
