Holiday rentals with beach access in Friendship

Enjoyed our stay so much! Nestled into a picturesque and quiet town. Super easy to get to and from Portland without having to stay in the hustle and bustle of staying directly downtown. The house itself is charming and clean. Felt like we were coming back to our own home every night after exploring Portland and the surrounding cities. Plus, the banana bread was such a sweet and thoughtful touch. 10/10 would recommend to anyone!

Great stay at Susan’s place! Everything you could need for a stay in Portland with a great host. Spotless and private apartment with great local recommendations, and Susan left us donuts on the day we left! Would absolutely stay again.

Great stay! Location is perfect for everything we wanted to do, be by the water, stay right next to downtown, and a short walk from our tour with Eco Adventures. Furniture was very comfortable and everything was clean. Great restaurants in the area. Would return back!

Our stay at The Bee Keepers Cottage was amazing. The property met our needs perfectly and it was super cute and cozy. The host was very responsive and communicative. And for any star gazers out there, the sky on a clear night is mesmerizing.

A lovely, clean, cozy option that’s convenient to LDI, Brooklin, etc. Nancy is a wonderful host, and the place is quiet and peaceful.

My fiancé and I had a great time staying at this Airbnb. It was clean, cozy, and relaxing space. It was in a nice quiet neighborhood within walking distance to the beach and 2 lighthouses, but still had great access to the old port and other parts of Cape Elizabeth.

This place was in a great location. We were in the area for a wedding at the 1812 Farm which is just 8 minutes up the road. It is very close to the Pemaquid lighthouse, Colonial Pemaquid, and the LaVerna Nature Preserve (nice place for a run or hike to the ocean). We found the house to be comfortable, quiet, clean and very usable: Lots of natural light Rack to hang clothes Extra blankets Good cookware Desk in the bedroom Big dining table Outlet near the night stand Lots of counter space Multiple places to hang wet towels

This was a gorgeous place. Belfast was a cute little town not far away. We enjoyed eating at Rollies Bar and Grilland walking around town. Hannaford grocery store was close with average prices. We had approximately 1 1/2 hour drive when we visited Acadia National Park and Bar Harbor which were exceptional. We enjoyed the food at Geddys and Bar Harbor Inn. We also traveled to Owls head lighthouse and hiked through Camden State Park. This was a nice location we enjoyed our stay.

The house was exactly what we were looking for: relaxing with great views. The marina with fresh seafood within walking distance was icing on the cake.

This was my 5th time going there and I love it! The house is so cozy & very clean. The property is large and the view is breathtaking over looking the river. They are also pet friendly so we were able to take our Lhasa Apso Revy on vacation with us. Besides how great this Air BnB is, my favorite is the hosts Kent & Tish! They are wonderful people. They are kind & friendly, & have such beautiful souls. They have become family to me! I highly recommend getting this air bnb!! Thank you again Tish & Kent! We had an excellent 5-night stay, with three adults and three young children. The house is very nice, and the location, right on the water, is excellent. The grounds are kept immaculate. The location is very private, except for the additional AirBnB rental unit downstairs, which detracts only a little bit. There is a great park with a playground only a three minute walk from the house, great for young kids. Highly recommended, would definitely stay here again.

It was a great stay! The place was so spacious and peaceful. Brad was quick to respond and really helpful. If I were to come back here, I’d definitely stay here again. A great experience 10/10 recommend!

Our experience at this enchanting old house was truly wonderful. The interior was cozy, tastefully decorated and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Our group appreciated the ample space and the peaceful atmosphere. Additionally, the host was responsive throughout our stay. Please note, the shower is compact and the stairs are steep, which might not suit those with mobility challenges.

Unit was very clean, situated in a quiet residential area and within walking distance to many of Portland's best bars, restaurants and attractions. Host was communicative and provided clear guidance on check-in/-out procedures and offered up suggestions to local attractions. On my recommended list - dinner at Twelve (one of the best restaurants in the US, IMHO); on-site food truck tacos washed down with a Hazy IPA at Bellflower or Austin Street Brewery; an everything bagel with lox & morning latte at Forage; the East Promenade for a food truck lunch, then a stroll along the waterfront trail to the port area for an ice cream cone at Gorgeous gelato; afternoon coffee at Double Great Coffee; and a post-dinner whiskey @ Independence Ice. Only downside on my visit was the upstairs neighbor. Dude clearly isn't a principal dancer in the Portland Ballet, as light on his feet wouldn't describe him. Not a stereo or TV issue - you can just hear the noise from him walking (8AM-10PM when there)

This condo really exceeded our expectations in how beautifully it was decorated and the amenities that it had. The location was perfect for walking down to the shops and restaurants in the Old Port area and Patrick and Tara gave a great list of restaurants and other places to check out close by. We were only there for 2 nights. I wish we could have stayed longer. Hopefully we will have a chance to stay again some time.

This is the second time staying at David's and it's even better than the first time. Very comfortable space in the best location. Look forward to coming back.

Great apartment very centrally located in Portland - easy to walk everywhere, so close to great coffee shops and restaurants! Apartment was perfect for our family of four, and the pack and play and kid's toys were great! Very family friendly. Highly recommend!

We rented both the Toddy House and Rocky House for a week for our family of 12. The houses were as described and in pristine condition. We loved the fact that they were close together, so the late night group could stay up socializing, while the children could be put to bed without distraction. The Toddy House had a pool table which provided lots of late night entertainment. It also had a large open common area to accommodate our group, and we spent a lot of time on the screened porches. We really liked the access to the water with the dock, the canoes and kayaks, and the super cool fire ring. We are the type of family that asks a lot of questions, and Mark was quick to answer and take care of any questions or issues we had. We spent a great deal of time at Acadia, and while the drive was about 45 minutes to get there, it was not a problem at all. We would definitely return to 3Havens if we decided to take another vacation in this area. Mark and Laurie were excellent hosts.

Great place to stay if you want to be close to downtown but with a larger, comfortable space. The place is exactly as described, exceptionally clean and tastefully decorated. No dollar store products here! The ground coffee and half and half really made it feel like we were staying at a friend’s home.

What a beautiful location and house. There’s nothing better than sitting in the living room or front porch and being able to see the Belfast Bay. The house is very clean and neat. Beds are comfortable, shower is very hot. Don’t miss the sunrise in the mornings. Overall this is one of our favorite places we have stayed in Belfast.

We loved our stay! The space is beautiful and cozy. The walk to the family friendly beach was just the right distance for my 4yo. The neighborhood is adorable and friendly! With an amazing bakery and ice cream shop just around the corner! Dave was a great host and took great care of us.
