From the living room and balcony you have a magnificent view of meadows, forest and fields, where chamois, fox and rabbit still say good night. Gutenstein, the pearl in the upper Danube Valley, is located at 620 m, ideal for climbers, cyclists and canoeists. There are wonderful hiking trails right from the house, which also invite you to go on winter hikes. 5 km further in Langenhart at 720 m, cross-country skiing is possible

Herzlich willkommen in unserem kleinen Paradies! Wir haben uns über die letzten Jahre ein kleine Oase erschaffen, in der es uns an nichts mehr gefehlt hat. Von Gästezimmer, über Sauna, Whirlpool, Glamping Dome, Pavillon und Outdoor Küche umfasst unser Garten alles was man für eine gemütliche Zeit braucht. Wir wohnen am Rande einer sehr kleinen Ortschaft, etwa 14 kilometer vom Bodensee entfernt. Der Garten ist umgeben von Natur und hier in der Region lassen sich viele schöne Dinge unternehmen.

Our apartment "Hans" is located in the middle of the idyllic village of Hausen im Tal in the nature park "Obere Donau". If you want to go hiking or climbing on foot, if you want to get on your bike or simply want time to enjoy, this is the place. The apartment is in the attic. In the house, there are two other apartments, all of which are entered through the common staircase. The apartment has a bedroom with a double bed, a living-dining room with a kitchen that is well equipped.

All of our animals (horses, goats, chickens, ducks, cats and dogs) are kept according to our philosophy on the approx. 70,000 sqm farm. Our apartment in nature is located in a part of our beautiful and newly renovated house. Only about 20 minutes from beautiful Lake Constance, nature invites you to cycle. The semi-detached house has an independent entrance. They park comfortably behind the house on the patio. In the garden there is enough space to play for the children. There is a big swing. Furthermore, there is a terrace with seating and sunbeds in front of the open kitchen.

The Southside Festival is within walking distance in about 30 minutes. Lake Constance and the Danube Valley are also within easy reach. Neuhausen offers a Netto, a doctor and a pharmacy in the immediate vicinity of the property. A baby crib is provided.

The heated Waldhauser Hof Fässle offers a unique overnight experience. The quiet retreat is designed for two people and has a cozy double bed, a seating area, storage space and a kitchen corner with a wash basin and refrigerator. Outside, a seating lounge invites you to relax. A dry separation toilet is located next to the barrel. Please note that there is no shower. Ideal for those who enjoy nature and want to relax!
