The space, designed for your comfort, includes: • Practical living room with sofa bed, table and equipped kitchenette • Separate sleeping area with double bed (140 x 200 cm). • Bathroom with shower and toilet. • 9 m² balcony-terrace with garden access. Within walking distance: beach, harbor and walks by the lake. Restaurants and free parking nearby, public transportation within walking distance, shops in the village.

Swan

The most important thing: After almost 100 m you are on the beautiful sandy beach of Salavaux. There you can swim, splash around on the shallow shore, play beach volleyball or rent a SUP, kayak and pedalo. Rental options for larger boats at the Avanches campsite. If you don't feel like cooking, you will find a snack bar on the beach and a small restaurant directly on the lake. Very close to the house is also the restaurant Equinoxe, a little further away from the campsite of Avenches.

Vacation home on the edge of the forest near the lake

Chevroux is a popular resort in the canton of Vaud in the French-speaking part of Switzerland with a campsite and around 100 weekend and holiday cottages near the lake. It has a sports marina with over 1000 berths. The apartment on the ground floor of a vacation home with a large garden was completely renovated in 2020 and is located right on the edge of the nature reserve "La Grande Cariçaie". Lake Neuchâtel can be easily reached on foot in 8 minutes and by bike in 5 minutes.

Our chalet, nestled between the lake and the Prealps, is the ideal place to recharge your batteries as a family, couple or group of friends. 🌸 Sit in the garden to read, enjoy the sun and let yourself be lulled by the sounds of nature. 🌊 The lake at your feet: dive into the water or go on an adventure by kayak or paddleboard. 🥾 Walks in the area: quiet or more sporty trails, everyone will find something to enjoy. A few minutes from Bulle and Gruyère, discover the region.

Studio with terrace on the Lake

Your loft in Vevey is located in the pedestrian zone directly on the Quai. A large comfortable bed (200x210cm) can be split on request. Cot(s) if required. Well-stocked library for rainy days. The highlight is the terrace with a magnificent view. The table in front of the loft is reserved for you. The shower/WC is small but functional. Kitchen with large gas cooker, oven, dishwasher and cool crockery. Natural materials and beautiful furniture.

A mezzanine with a double bed. This studio is equipped with: hairdryer, iron/ironing board, fridge, microwave, oven, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster and TV with Swisscom-Box and Wi-Fi. Parking space. Possibility to store bicycles in a closed room.
