Our quiet and stylish loft is perfect for relaxing as well as working. It is located in an annex with an unobstructed view of the spacious garden to the south. The spacious terrace is covered and equipped with a dining table and a lounge corner. The WHG is not rented for parties or the like. The loft is the ideal starting point for excursions or business trips in northern Bavaria. It offers the best comfort with fast Internet and a pellet stove.

Adjacent to the nature reserve is our romantic chalet, which invites you to spend relaxing days together as a couple. With magnificent views, you can look over the Pegnitztal and relax. Relax in the hot tub with waterfall, enjoy the warmth of the Swiss pine infrared chairs or simply feel comfortable on the covered terrace and listen to the rippling of the spring.

Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape. Here you will find peace and relaxation - perfect for a workation or simply to unwind. With a view of goats and alpacas, you can carry out your project, write a book or simply relax. In a short time, you can also reach Rothsee by bike or the outdoor pool or spoil yourself with our own ice cream. You will also find everything for your daily meals at our farm.

Close to Nuremberg, the Franconian Lake District (Rothsee) and the nature parc of the romantic Altmühltal, you can enjoy wonderful hours in the small village Lay! Our Holiday home "Großes Falkennest" is located in a house of 1937, which we renovated with lots of love to details. This special charme of historical walls mixed with modern elements and latest equipment will make your stay an unique experience!

Here, you can enjoy peace and quiet, away from any traffic noise, without having to compromise on short distances. The apartment is located in the basement of a villa surrounded by scenic nature.

Light and air - Artist's house for nature lovers

This unique place has a style all its own. We wanted wanted to make something attractive out of the old, dilapidated building from the 1950s. Above all, the large garden with old trees and the beautiful location near Regensburg motivated us to redesign the house individually on the old foundation walls.
