This peaceful accommodation consists of a living room with equipped kitchen and a living room with sofa bed, a bedroom with good quality bedding and a large bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. The house has just been refurbished from floor to ceiling. Towels and bed sheet are provided. Large garden. One parking space. 20 meters away is a workers' restaurant, a roadside restaurant and a 24-hour pizza vending machine. The house is 25 minutes from Le Mans by highway.

The Cottage Belmontais is located in the historic center of the village of Beaumont sur Sarthe with easy access to all services and free parking nearby. The accommodation is fully equipped as well as a terrace with a view and accessible to the river and a wooded garden. We offer breakfast on request 5€/pers.
