Holiday rentals with a patio in Fremantle

We were slightly apprehensive when we arrived at the apartment complex and hearing the noise from the main road but pleasantly surprised at how silent inside was. Offered a peaceful retreat from the busyness of Fremantle. Would stay again.

Maria’s place was as described and she was a very communicative host available to answer our enquiries, which allowed for a smooth stay.

Jackie's place was spotless, safe, and exactly as described. The location is unbeatable—just a short walk to the beach! As a solo traveller, I felt completely at ease. Jackie was very responsive, making the stay seamless. Highly recommend!

The heater was on when we arrived and a loaf of bread was ready for toast, with marmalade. Comfy space, felt like our own tree house. Carol and Steve were very friendly yet it was very private. We had a nice walk into Fremantle and a swim at South Beach in May. Would definitely recommend.

The house is perfectly located in a serene neighbourhood that is right next to the beach, playgrounds and walking distance to food places. Candie was very responsive and thoughtful to our needs. Check-in was seamless as well. My family had a wonderful stay!

This is the best Airbnb I have ever stayed. There are more amenities in the unit than I am expecting. Response time from host is very fast. And they are always willing to help the best they can. Tidiness of the apartment is of high level. And all the items in the unit are quality ones. Hairdryer, cooking equipment and even toilet roll are high quality stuff. Unlike some other host who only provide you minimums. That represents a certainly level of respects from host. I recommend this unit to everyone. We have a good time staying there.

We had a great stay at Seabreezes South Fremantle! The host was super attentive and thoughtful – we really appreciated the welcoming snacks on arrival. There was a short water interruption, but we were told early and there was a water tank ready, so it wasn’t a big deal. We also ran low on laundry detergent, but Janine promptly replenished it the next day. The place felt really homey and comfortable, and our kids absolutely loved it. Thanks again for a lovely stay!

Had a lovely stay at this Airbnb! The beach was just a short walk away, which made morning strolls and sunset views so convenient. The neighbourhood is peaceful and quiet — perfect for a relaxing getaway and near to Fremantle attractions. So you have the best of both. I especially loved the cozy attic space; it added so much charm to the stay. The host was friendly and easy to communicate with, and made the whole process smooth from start to finish. All the welcome details and essentials were thoughtfully prepared — you can tell they’ve put real effort into making guests feel at home. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking a place in Fremantle!

We have stayed in Aileen’s accommodation for 2 nights as part of our multigenerational family trip. The stay was one of the highlights of our trip. The house was exceptionally clean, well-maintained and well-cared for. The entire place was spacious and there was room for everyone to spread out. The kids loved the outdoor space and sports equipment. The house is tastefully decorated and is a sight for sore eyes. There were plenty amenities and features such as filtered hot/cold water system, ride on toy car, baby cot, highchair etc, that made our stay even more enjoyable. Aileen is a great host, she has allowed us to pick fruit off the trees in the garden. We would highly recommend this accommodation.

We loved Michael’s place. It was the perfect location for exploring Fremantle and the decor and vibe was lovely!

The property is huge and perfect for family retreat. The location might be a bit off from key attractions but its proximity to Fremantle/Mandurah/Rockingham simply excellent for those likes beaches and outdoor activities.

We loved Amber & Phil’s home. Honestly, this is an example of a truly amazing Airbnb. We felt very welcomed at Amber & Phil's place and had everything we needed to feel at home. Amber & Phil provided such a lovely care package with toys to keep my little one busy. She loved the toys provided. Location is awesome between Cottesloe and Fremantle. There is a lovely cafe just down the road. We had great communucation with Amber & Phil throughout our stay. We truly and highly recommend this listing as we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Really nice house in Fremantle. The street itself is rather quiet but many cafes and restaurants are just around the corner.

During the month of may we stayed at Arabella loop and I got to say it was the most beautiful house I’ve ever seen, very clean, spacious and just overall felt homely I would recommend to anyone to stay here if they was to go Perth. Michael was a great host very quick to respond with any questions we had, his home is very updated and very well decorated.

Such a beautiful house, clean linens, kitchen and lovely backyard just as same as photos. Location is good, close to Coles and Aldi. We are very happy and enjoy stays.

Had the opportunity to spend two weeks at this lovely apartment while working in Perth recently. Plenty to see and do; ate out most nights at different nearby restaurants and took advantage of the nearby river loop everyday for a run with stunning scenery!

Check in and check out were seamless. The space was great and close to some good supermarkets, cafes and close enough to the sporting precinct in Floreat for a pleasant ride. Claire was very available and a great communicator. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.

Sarah was very proactive and easy to communicate with and also answered questions promptly. Space was clean and welcoming and we enjoyed our stay.

Anita was extremely helpful to me and made my stressful move to Australia a lot easier, she went out of her way to help me continuesly and always made me feel welcome, made a great effort to show me around and help me get set up with my bank, phone, gyms, long term accommodation etc etc. I would highly recommend anybody looking to move to to Australia to stay with Anita as I don't know how I would've managed everything alone, thank you Anita 😊

Our stay was lovely, Sam and Kiwi (his friendly lovebird - which we only realised was there the 2nd day) received us very well. He was very helpful, gave us tips on what to do around and we talked a lot. The house was clean and the room is very comfortable. The one thing we struggled a little bit was parking. There are a few parking spots right in front of the building which are free from 6pm to 8am, and it was no problem finding a spot (tuesday and wednesday) for the night, but during the day it's AU$7/h to keep parked there. Also, it's worth mentioning the kitchen is a little small and there's no dining table. In this stay we didn't cook much, so it was not a problem at all. In general, I'd totally recommend the stay!

Jules was a proactive and responsive communicator and the place was exactly as described. Thoroughly recommend and would love to stay there again.

Good location and well furnished kitchen, which is good for cooking. peaceful street as we are light sleepers.
