Holiday rentals with a balcony in Fréjus

The Charly apartment met our expectations: very large, very bright, renovated by Jessica, owner, an architect with undeniable talent. The place was stylish and refined, but without ostentation. The “Charlie Chaplin” theme is respected and fun but everything is done with lightness. Everything is available for a self-contained stay and the possibility of cooking and living as comfortably as at home. The apartment was spotless. We found advice on restaurants and activities in Cannes and our hosts could not have been more responsive: our exchanges were a pleasure. Well, there is the downside of the three floors to climb with the luggage, but this is forgotten once the large and beautiful door opens to the apartment. We leave with regret, delighted with our Cannes experience.

The place is perfect for a couple, very close to the harbor. 5 minutes from the Tramway to the train station. 10 mins by taxi. There is all the necessary comfort. TV, bathtub, oven, washing machine, coffee machine. The only problem (for me), the air conditioning is not very powerful (not blowing continuously), but associated with the fan, it went well.

Great location, easily walkable to beach, restaurants and shops. Perfect for what we needed. Host was very helpful and responsive too.

We had a lovely time staying as Jessica’s home. We had two families with adult children (7 people) and had ample room. The apartment was clean, tidy and had all the essentials you will need. The host is extremely responsive. We found the location across from the train station easily walkable to restaurants, shops and ideal if you are taking day trips from Cannes. Would highly recommend!

This was a perfect apartment and Vassil was a perfect host. The apartment is perfectly situated for exploring Nice and the Riviera. A 10 minute walk into Nice, 2 mins to a bus stop and 15 mins to Nice Riquier station with frequent trains to Antibes, Monaco and beyond. The apartment was clean, bright, well equipped with super comfortable beds and couches. Vassil made everything easy, with fantastic recommendations and even taking the time to explain the local transport system. We loved our stay here and will definitely be back.

We had a very successful stay and really enjoyed both the house and the superb terrace . So beautiful ❤️

We spend three weeks which was wonderful every thing was perfect , closed compound safe place and Helmi was very helpful and responding immediately for any questions. There is nearby walking distance to a supermarket and a bakery. Car is a must to visit other areas 12-20 minutes to Cannes . 2 bathrooms one of them upstairs for 4 bedrooms the only negative point. Definitely we will comeback again to this home because we felt like at our home since the first day . 5 stars place 👍
