In front of it, a covered outdoor seating area is available. The furnishings are new and functional. You can reach the living room with corner sofa and TV and small kitchen, the bedroom (bed 1.80 m x 2.00 m) and the bathroom with shower, sink and toilet via a separate entrance.

The in-law is located in a modern house (Bauhaus style) in the second row on a property surrounded by venerable trees. Right across the street is a park (Beutlerpark) with old trees. This is in close proximity to the city center and about 15 minutes by foot or with trams (lines 3, 8, 10 and 11, etc.), stops about 8-10 minutes away, to reach.

GREEN´s - quiet, well-located 1-room apartment with balcony

This cosy one-room flat is located in the quiet district of Dresden-Löbtau. It serves me as a two-flat and is therefore very lovingly furnished and ideal for solo, couple and business travellers. The modern flat in an old building is quietly located in a side street and has a view of the greenery.
