Stylish, renovated old building apartment in the heart of the old town of Freisings, 5 min to the train station with bus connection to Munich airport and S-Bahn/ train connection to Munich city center. The apartment is in the middle of the old town in a barely traveled alley with separate entrance. The apartment was renovated in 2018 with soundproof windows, new heating, bathroom, kitchen, kitchen, and bedroom. Full kitchen equipped with fridge, two hotplates, coffee maker, kettle and cooking utensils.

The apartment is about 23 square meters and is located on the 2nd floor and has a separate entrance. We have furnished it comfortably with a 140 x 200 cm bed, a closet and a sitting area. A small kitchenette with 2 hotplates, fridge, sink, dishes and utensils, as well as coffee maker, kettle and toaster is at your disposal. A separate bathroom with shower and toilet is part of the apartment for your own use. Free parking is available at your doorstep.

A parking space is right at the entrance. The apartment has a large living room with dining/work table. A separate kitchen with all electrical appliances is available. The first bedroom is equipped with 2 single beds which can also be pushed together to form a double. A second room has a single bed. Depending on the number of guests, one or the other room is available. The apartment has a 40 sqm balcony. The couch does not serve as a sleeping place.

Excellent public transport connection brings you to Munich's Marienplatz within 40 minutes. The S-Bahn train station can be reached by stairs.
