"Ødegårdsstuo" - charming house at the lake at Øksendalsøra. Immediate proximity for nice mountain hikes, both for walking and with skiing on your legs. The house is 10 minutes away from Sunndalsøra. The house has a bedroom on the first floor with double bed. The entire 2nd floor has an open solution with several beds (see picture). Bathroom with underfloor heating and shower on the 1st floor. Kitchen, living room, TV, dining table, oven, heat pump + basement with living room (long table), toilet and washing machine (private entrance) (can be used by appointment). Parking space.

The house has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, open living room and kitchen solution and loft living room. From the living room there is an exit to a spacious terrace facing the great view. In the area there are a number of great places to visit, as well as hiking opportunities in the mountains and along the coast.

Small kitchenette w/fridge-freezer and two hot plates. No oven. Kettle/ French press for coffee. Toaster. The kitchen is best suited for simple cooking due to its size. The bathroom is small and compact but has a toilet, sink and shower.
