Two bedrooms, one bath, full kitchen, outdoor patio with a hot tub & two person sauna. The apartment is in a finished basement with a private exterior entrance. Downtown Nashville is about a 15 minute walk and Hard Truth Hills, The north entrance to the Brown County State Park and the Brown County Music Center are all just a short drive away.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. It was a rental since 1979 and not many physical changes since that time. Authentic and vintage. to when John grew up there. The window in the basement is the same window he would sneak out of. The doors are the same doors he saw and used. Brand new beds, couches, TV. Appliances are not new but not vintage either. Kitchen cabinets are vintage. Same doors he used. Bathroom throne is brand new. sink and shower newer, new sewer to the street.

Art and book filled. Located in Bloomington Indiana. My 1920s bungalow includes two guest bedrooms with queen sized beds, down comforters, feather/down pillows, line curtains and private bathroom. The guest area also includes a garden porch, private entrance, living room and, dining area with microwave, small refrigerator and handmade maple table. NO KITCHEN. The bathroom is between the bedrooms and includes a Toto washlet bidet and EO toiletries.

The northern boundary presents a challenging hike to a wide creek bed with geodes and other treasures imbedded.
