We really enjoyed our stay at Tuccia's place. The apartment is in a perfect location for enjoying the nearby beach and visiting the surrounding area. The two terraces are a great place to enjoy a dinner in the sun or simply lounge outside. The kitchen is equipped exceptionally well for its size and is really useful for making a dinner occasionally. Finally, Tuccia and her husband Angelo are the kindest hosts we've met and really make this place stand out. We can only recommend a stay here and will surely be back when we're in Sicily again!

La casa rispetta completamente la descrizione dell'annuncio ed è molto pulita. Salvatore e i suoi familiari sono stati sempre gentili e disponibili nel consigliarci e aiutarci. L'alloggio è ben fornito e ben posizionato. Con 5-10 minuti a piedi si raggiungono spiagge, servizi e centro di Pozzallo. All'occorrenza vengono messe a disposizione anche bici. Pozzallo è perfetta per i bambini con spiagge ampie e livello dell'acqua che sale molto lentamente.

We can highly recommend Antonio's apartment. We stayed there with a family of 5 including 3 kids from 10 to 3. Space was generous with 3 separate and large bedrooms with a big bed in each room. The whole apartment was conveniently equipped and nicely decorated. The best was to have two separate and large terraces, one right in front of the apartment, the other one on the roof with a nice view of the sea. We stayed in the second half of October and used the option to have the pool heated for an additional 250€. It was probably worth it. We had swims in both the sea and the pool several times. The location is just 100m from the sea. The next nice beach is roughly a 20 min walk. At the same distance are most restaurants. We definitely recommend to rent a car. Antonio has been super helpful in clarifying questions or solving minor problems. Reaction time was superb, literally within minutes. All in all, we had a wonderful time!

Abbiamo trascorso un weekend fantastico presso il MSApartments a Marina di Ragusa, un angolo di tranquillità a pochi passi dal mare. L’host è stato davvero accogliente e disponibile. La struttura è molto pulita e ben curata nei dettagli. Inoltre, la posizione è perfetta: a due passi dal mare, vicino a ristoranti, negozi e altre comodità, il che ci ha permesso di muoverci con facilità, anche a piedi. Un soggiorno davvero piacevole, consigliatissimo per chi cerca una base ideale per esplorare la zona!

Eine sehr schöne Wohnung in Toplage. Ottavia ist eine tolle Gastgeberin, in der Wohnung wartet Wein und andere Getränke & Obst, Kaffee, einfach Toll.Alles in der Nähe was man braucht und auch das Meer nur ein paar Schritte.Komplette Ausstattung der Küche und wir haben seht gut in den Betten geschlafen. Great location the view alone in worth the stay. Easy walk down to the main town, parking can be a problem, be prepared to park down the street and walk up. The apartment has everything you need, it’s airy and light.

We absolutely loved Giacomo’s apartment. It was such a nice apartment and our every need was taken care of by Giacomo and Gaetano. They are the best hosts you can find. They had thought of every little detail and there was everything you needed (and more) in the apartment. Another fantastic thing is the 2 sun beds and umbrella on the beach that you can use as much as you like. Oh and the beach - it is so so beautiful. Soft sand, clear water and you have to go really far out before it gets deep. We loved it! The pool area is also really nice. Giacomo is just the best - so helpful with everything and our stay would not have been the same without him 😊 We would definitely love to come back to this wonderful place ♥️

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und stilvoll eingerichtet. Es ist alles vorhanden, was du benötigt. Zum Meer sind es gerade mal 50 m. Dort findet man einen sehr schönen Sandstrand mit wenig Touristen und sehr klarem Wasser. Der Wellengang ist moderat und man läuft sehr lange flach ins Wasser, also ideal für Kinder. Die Restaurants in der Umgebung sind gut und empfehlenswert. Der Supermarkt (ARD) ist fußläufig in der Nähe und hat ein gutes Sortiment. Auch eine Bäckerei ist in der nächsten Querstraße mit vielen Leckereien. Kostenlose Parkplätze gibt es direkt vor dem Apartment. Das Städtchen ist sauber, ruhig und ideal für einen Urlaub am Meer zum Relaxen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Tutto perfetto. Alloggio funzionale, climatizzato e ben posizionato, vicinissimo alla spiaggia e al centro di Pozzallo. Arrivando in macchina il parcheggio privato è stato molto apprezzato Nino gentilissimo e sempre disponibile. I suoi consigli hanno reso ancora più bello il nostro soggiorno. E' stato un vero piacere conoscerlo e il nostro è sicuramente un arrivederci

Das Appartement ist deutlich über dem Süditalienischen Standard und sehr schön und modern eingerichtet. Die Lage ist super und zu Fuß sind es 10 Minuten bis zur Strandpromenade, wo sich auch Restaurants, Bars und Geschäfte befinden. Ein Lebensmittelladen ist direkt gegenüber. Die Straße ist ruhig und eine schöne Umgebung. Lediglich hinter dem Appartment verläuft hinter einer hohen Mauer eine Hauptstraße, auf der manchmal LKWs zu hören sind. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und Marco ist ein professioneller Gastgeber. Wir können es sehr empfehlen und kommen gern wieder!

We really enjoyed our stay here. It is a very beautiful apartment and was very well equipped, especially the kitchen. The garden was amazing with a nice view of the church and we enjoyed our time outside. Lorenzo was very helpful and gave us great instructions and local recommendations. The beds were super comfortable too. The location was great for walking into town and we walked everywhere. Lots of convenient parking nearby on the main road. A superb Airbnb.

Eine unglaublich schöne Wohnung mitten in Modicas Altstadt, so etwas Außergewöhnliches sucht man sehr lange. Klimatisiert und vollausgestattet kann man auch gemütliche Zeit in der Wohnung verbringen. Die Wohnung ist nicht ganz so leicht zu erreichen, weil die Parkplätze etwas außerhalb liegen (bzw. liegen müssen). Weil Modica sehr schön auf zwei Hügelseiten liegt, gibt es in den Altstadt Gassen viele Treppen, die ggfs nicht so leicht mit kleinen Kindern oder älteren Personen zu machen sind (unsere beiden Kinder waren 12 und 9 zu der Zeit, das ging super). Modica war für uns ein absolutes Sizilien Highlight gewesen, die Stadt ist nicht übertouristisch voll (wie zB Taormina), aber wunderschön und zugleich lokal authentisch. Würde sofort wieder hinfahren. Sonia und Henry waren genauso perfekte Vermieter wie ihre Wohnung, jede Anfrage wurde sofort geklärt und wir haben noch tolle Tips bekommen.
