Tucked away in 5 acres of woods, this private suite is a short walk to Durham’s favorite dining spots and a 10-minute drive to Downtown or Duke. Whether you're a remote worker needing a reliable space to do focused work or simply looking to unwind, this is your spot. Attached to our house, but completely private, the suite has its own, entrance, terrace, bath, and kitchenette. Features: electric standing desk, ergonomic chair, standing mat, gigabit fiber internet, and Nespresso pod coffee maker.

Guest Suite: Artist studio turned into loft.

A guest suite that's a former artist studio with 10-15 foot high windows and 20 foot high ceiling, converted into one bedroom loft with private entrance, bath, living area, and kitchenette. The space is attached to the rest of my house, but you'll have a private entrance, your own bathroom, living area and kitchenette and two seat dining table. You will not have access to a full kitchen. New in September 2025: Blackout curtains provide privacy at night and a darker room for sleeping in.
