Near Frayssinet-le-Gélat, a few minutes from the river Lot, La Libellule and Le Papillon gites at Les Leroux, are a beautifully converted barn set in a rural location amidst rolling fields and woodland. The barn has been converted into 2 gites, each having 3 bedrooms, bathroom and open-plan living area with fully equipped kitchen, individual patios, equipped with barbecue and garden furniture. Views over the pool and sun terrace. Utility room facilities. The pool is for guests of both gites.

As you step into the cottage, you'll first encounter the kitchen featuring a charming handmade 4-meter wooden table and complete amenities. Ascend the stairs to the second floor housing a cozy lounge area and bedrooms. The lounge offers comfortable seating, including super big floor cushions. There are two bedrooms with single beds and two with queen-sized beds. Additionally, the bathroom on this floor features toilets, showers, and two wash basins.
