It is a cozy top-floor apartment (100 m²) with 3 bedrooms, living room and separate kitchen with fully equipped fitted kitchen and dining area. There are 2 bathrooms. The apartment has balconies. Many excursion destinations are within easy reach, e.g. the Great Arber, Lake Arber, Falkenstein, Rachel, Lusen, Trinkwassertalsperre, treetop trail with tree house Close to the Czech Republic... Bike parks Geisskopf and on the Great Arber Glass museum, glass gardens and newly renovated swimming pool in the village. The train station is about 10 minutes away on foot.

In our house on the edge of the forest, we give you not only the space, but also the freedom for green thoughts. But as a former forester's house, the forest path there is not easy. It takes the right car and skill to do it. Good luck! There is 5G mobile reception in the house. NO WIFI, NO TV, No smoking in the house!

Chalet Heart³

The newly built wooden chalet was completed with a lot of love for detail in March 2024. It was built in a modern style and meets the highest energy requirements. The path from your own parking space, through the house, to the covered veranda with new, electrically heated hot tub was designed at ground level. Inside you can make yourself comfortable with the wood-burning stove and your own sauna (free of charge). The National Park cycling path and beautiful hiking trails are within walking distance.

Kolem Vás bude pobíhat stádo oveček. Objekt je oplocen. Kdyby Vám cokoli chybělo, lze využít služby zavedeného penzionu, který je od yurty “pár” kroků, ale i přesto se budete cítit jako na samotě.

Our apartment Am Klopferbach I is located at the end of a side street embedded in greenery. The two-room apartment is located on the ground floor of the wooden house built in 2020 consisting of an entrance, a bright cozy living room, a kitchenette with basic equipment, bathroom and bedroom with wooden floor and forest terrace. At the foot of the property flows the Klopferbach and the park offers a spacious children's playground in addition to a Kneipp pool.
