The cottage is within walking distance (10min) of the world class restaurants on offer in the Franschhoek village plus the Wine Tram that will take you to all the well known wine farms that surround Franschhoek. Here you will have the benefit of enjoying the peace and tranquility which is part of farm life, but you are close enough to also enjoy what the town offers.

Lovely 180m2 Villa set in the middle of a vineyard, is elegantly decorated with 2 bedrooms with full bathrooms en-suite. We have an automatic 60kva generator and water supply. The Villa is fully equipped SMEG appliances in the kitchen and laundry, 3 TV’s, Netflix, Apple TV, sound system, Nespresso facilities, air-conditioning etc. The rooms lead onto their own private gardens with sun loungers and private pool. Enjoy a swim, game of tennis, walks in the olives, vineyards and rose garden.

Nooks is sumptuous, private, cosy, relaxing, full of original art, high ceilings, log fires, beautiful generous spaces and mountain views. Nooks comes alive at night and is great for couples, solo adventurers, who want to be near the soul of this beautiful village. We take up to 4 adults max.

Completed by a top designer, breathtaking views of the mountains and wine valley, next to Le Lude champagne estate and restaurant, on an equestrian estate. And under 10 minutes walk to the centre of town, 5 minutes to Le Lude or Haute Cabriere estates, the monument, museum etc. There is even a friendly water mongoose named Tilly who will come to visit! NO CHILDREN of any age allowed, including infants.

Double storey home and big living spaces, great views deck, pool and fantastic outside living space - perfect for a family holiday. The 3 rooms in the house are ensuite with fresh crisp linen and there is an extra ensuite room next to the pool. The modern kitchen is well equipped, open plan and interactive. Great news is we have an inverter for lights and power to assist during load shedding.
