Mornington Peninsula Paradise - Self-contained cottage.

Our cottage was originally transferred from the Melbourne Botanical gardens. It is studio style with a seperate shower & toilet room. It has a queen bed and we supply all linen. It has a kitchenette with a fridge, electric stove & microwave & all needed appliances, crockery and cutlery. We provide basic breakfast items. The dining area has a table & chairs a TV. There is good wifi. From your private deck you overlook a spacious bush garden with the Sweetwater Creek flowing at the bottom.

Self contained apartment in Frankston right opposite the beach. Great for a relaxing weekend away, walk, chill and enjoy all that Frankston has to offer. Basic kitchen and outdoor area with a small Weber that you can Bbq on. Lots of walking trails, bike riding paths, visit Mclelland Gallery or The Mornington Peninsula Wineries. There’s something for everyone in Frankston. The apartment is below our main residence, you have your own access down the side of the house and complete privacy.

Tranquil retreat and apartment in Mount Eliza.

Our place is close to public transport, parks, and art and culture and beaches. You’ll love our place because of the tranquility, the garden, the level of comfort. We try in many ways to live as sustainably as possible. We grow some of our food and have recently added bees to our efforts to pollinate our fruit and vegetables. What the dog doesn't eat and the chickens do not devour goes into the compost centre and back on to the garden.
