Monthly Rentals in Franklin

This was one of the best Airbnb rentals I've ever stayed at. The photos really don't do it justice. There was plenty of space for my two sons and their partners. The windows provided a great view of the pond, and the spring peepers put us to sleep at night. My grandson was mesmerized by all the birds we could see and hear. My favorite room was at the top of the stairs, where the windows truly brought the outdoor feeling inside - a cozy place to read, lounge and sleep. This is a lovely home and Carin made us feel right at home with her proactive and welcoming communication. Thank you!

Easily accomodated our large group with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and the large living room/dining room space for us to gather. Plenty of kitchen equipment for us to prepare meals and loved the extra sink and bar area for food prep. The fake fireplace was great with the temperatures outside below freezing. Lovely back wooded area with the brook to see from the back porch. Hosts were quick to respond and their home was beautiful.

Barry and Jenna were incredibly gracious and responsive hosts. They got back to us instantly whenever we reached out to ask a question. The home is just as it looks (cozy, clean, simple, cool decor), and the property and surroundings are gorgeous. It is incredibly quiet and peaceful. We were there for a baseball tourney in Oneonta, which was an easy and very pleasant 25 min drive through gorgeous rural countryside.

We had the most wonderful stay at this beautiful home! The panoramic scenic views were absolutely breathtaking! The house itself was clean, spacious and incredibly comfortable. The property is truly a dream. Acres of peaceful land with a serene pond and scenic hiking trails right outside the door. We even spotted some wild turkeys, which was such a fun surprise for the kids! Patti was so kind and welcoming, going above and beyond to make our stay special. She even left some local goodies in the fridge, which was such a thoughtful and appreciated touch. It was the perfect little getaway for our family and we’re already looking forward to coming back. Highly recommend!
