my family and I enjoyed our stay immensely! the house was beautiful, comfortable, clean and relaxing! the home was furnished well with everything we could possibly need for our week stay. Laney is a sweet, responsive host. She graciously provided me with her personal phone number, just in case we needed her for anything. I highly recommend a stay at this beautiful home, tucked away in the hills of Kentucky!

The house and land were perfect. it was a beautiful location and the house with the bedroom and bathroom suitation was perfect for a large group staying. We enjoyed everything about the house.

Mawmaw’s place is very special. It’s an older property with all of the charm! All of the furniture was comfortable, the property was beautiful and well kept, all appliances operated perfectly. There was ample storage. The game room was awesome for entertaining the kids on a rainy night. The kids room was amazing!! They equipped it with so much fun stuff for the younger ones. The pool was glorious and the owner was amazing. He came to check the pool and filter and communicated about his arrival and departure and was in and out in under 5 minutes and did not have to enter the home.

The location was perfect and just as described. The house was clean and suited our large group very well.

Cute little house that has been recently renovated. It was a pleasure to cook in the kitchen with the KitchenAid appliances. My family enjoyed having movie nights with the large TV and soundbar and cozy sofa. This was a nice place to stay to visit Ashland and the Huntington area. The only complaint I have is the driveway is quite small and steep due to the location being on a hillside.

My family & I absolutely love this home & enjoyed our stay so much. It is easy to tell the house has been well taken care of. The location is great- close to restaurants, the local theme park, our favorite ice cream place in the area (Austin’s!) & our favorite pizza place (Evaroni’s). Anthony is so helpful & responsive & made the process effortless for us. This place truly felt like our home away from home. We cannot wait to stay again. Cannot recommend this home & host enough!

the pink dreams cottage was a delight & everything my group of girls couldve asked for + more. katie was a lovely host making the place special for my birthday, giving recommendations around the area & addressing our questions throughout the stay. we are so grateful to have this fairytale escape in ohio 🎀

We needed a place to stay on our quick trip to Huntington for some college activities. Brad’s place was perfect. Close to campus, beautiful views outside, and a very comfortable home to stay in. Bathroom appears brand new! It’s beautiful! Brad was very considerate, even calling us to make sure the nearby construction wasn’t bothering us. We will be visiting Marshall pretty often in the near future, and it’s safe to say Brad’s place will be at the top of our list of places to stay.

A home away from home..Kim's place was a real gem! She exceeded our expectations, and went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay for us. The home is beautiful, and clean, we enjoyed the privacy and comfortability of all the amenities. I highly recommend this home, and would definitely enjoy a stay here again.

Very nice and clean. Also at the end of the street so it’s very secluded/private yet close to everything. My mother and I enjoyed our stay. We will definitely book this listing again when in the area.

Kate's Hideaway House was wonderful for our family celebration ! Plenty of room for, at times, 12 of us. It was well supplied with most any thing we needed in the kitchen, bathroom or bedrooms. We enjoyed using the gas grill on the back porch, and watching the deer crossing the driveway in the afternoons. We will definitely consider it again for more of our family get together s.

Nice getaway for a couple. I would recommend it to anyone. This place was nice and clean with a 20 minute drive to town for food. Perfect 👌.

Enjoy staying in anyone of her houses

John is an incredibly nice host. Super communicative and helpful. We were there for just one night (family of 4 + dog) and it was the perfect spot to rest in the middle of a long 2 day drive.

I have no bad words to describe my stay! The location was perfect for my work, very private, extremely clean and was exactly as described on the website. I definitely plan a return trip to stay at this property.

This is an absolutely beautiful home. Everything was clean and fresh, plenty of clean towels, linens, etc. A very comfy place to stay.

Great place to stay!

Pretty amazing and super eclectic space! It’s a huge, historic home with an awesome 2nd floor open balcony with hot tub that is great for listening to the sounds of the downtown area. Very comfortable bed! Great location to step out and walk around the downtown area of Portmouth. Just a few blocks from the Ohio River, Shawnee State University and a few bakeries, restaurants and antique shops. It is still being renovated, but as my husband and I are serial renovators ourselves, we could appreciate the work done and still being done. I recommend it as a very unique experience!
