Carlos is a great host. The location is convenient, close to the river and restaurants. It's on a busy street, but traffic dies down to almost nothing at night. The space was very clean and had all the essential pots, pans and utensils. Nicely decorated. The beds are firm. We were comfortable and had a great stay. I recommend staying here if you are spending time in the Tri-cities.

Will not consider any other place when coming back to the area. The hosts care so their place is clean and thoughtful. I wish we could have a stayed longer

Aaron's place was in a quaint neighborhood that was just far enough away from hustle and bustle but still close enough to accoladate our needs for shopping and restaurants. a peaceful stay. would visit again

Excellent in all regards. Clean, well stocked, a very good value for the money, no question. I would absolutely stay there again. I have one small detail, which is strictly personal taste: I like softer pillows. But that's just me. And I have one small complaint, again, though not big enough to stop me from staying there again. The "house rules" inform you to start a load of towels and take the garbage to the dumpster. Even though this location is well priced, I would have preferred to be informed ahead of time about these requirements, and even more so, would have preferred not to be expected to do these kinds of cleanup duties. I might feel different about this is if this was someone's home and we were doing them a favor, but clearly this is a full time Airbnb, and we are paying customers, so we should haven't to do this. But, all told, this was pretty minor and in all other respects the unit is excellent.

Really enjoyed my stay, very cozy apartment with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Nice place to relax if your coming to the area. Neighborhood was very quiet during my stay. Would stay again in a heartbeat.
