Boat ramp, dock and mooring are available – see guest access section for details. Many non-motorized watercraft are available for your use – two standup paddle boards, paddle boat, two person sea kayak, fishing kayak, canoe, and a rowboat. AC only in downstairs bedroom.  Three night minimum off season. One week minimum July and August, Saturday to Saturday.

A Nice relaxing cozy tiny home with lake views and nature surroundings, a quiet private estate getaway, 45 minutes to Montreal Canada and/or Burlington Vermont. unwind with a glass or two of wine, smores over the fire or go down the the beach to watch the gorgeous sunsets! this is an off grid style living but has power and hot water, The bathroom is a portable toilet but does “flush” and seal.. It is nothing fancy, the bathroom is not heated or insulated as this is only a season rental.
