Smugglers’ Notch Vermont® is a self-contained mountain resort village which offers your family a special place to unwind, have fun and reconnect. Note, private rentals only include amenities associated with specific condominium. A resort fee is charged by Smuggs at ~$45 that includes use of amenities associated with specific condominium unit. Other amenities throughout the resort require a pass to be purchased directly with Smugglers Notch.

A gorgeous setting for a family getaway or romantic retreat where you will enjoy a spectacular natural playground, ideal for winter skiing and snowboarding, or summertime hiking, camping, golf, and tennis.

Blue Gem on the Lake

The condo is on the lower floor of our weekend house (see Blue Gem on the Lake). It can be rented separately or along with the full house for a longer stay. The beautiful terrasse is fully equipped with a bbq, patio table, and lounge chairs. Champlain islands are great for bicycling, fishing, golfing, windsurfing and kitesurfing, to name a few. Kayaks, paddle boards, and bicycles are available.

My place is a luxurious 4BR condo in the Owls section on North Hill on site at Smuggler's Notch Resort. You’ll love my place because of skiing / snow activities in the winter or relaxing by the fire. Enjoy the outdoors, pools and family fun in the summer. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), and big groups.
