Monthly Rentals in Franklin County

This was my second stay at Nathan’s and I will continue to reserve his place if available when I’m in the area; which is becoming more often. I love the quiet that this place provides as well as still being close to Washington; great city! My sister and I like to say, “I’m staying at Nathan’s this weekend!” as if he’s not the host but someone we know…. Love Nathan’s place!! Highly recommend!!

This is me and my pup's second time staying at Theresa's dog friendly place. Everything was great as it was last time. The place is clean, quite, and well stocked with all conveniences. Theresa is super easy to communicate. We loved it!

This was our second time staying in one of the upstairs apartments in this building. Perfect location, exceptionally comfortable accommodations, well supplied and appointed. We visit family in the area regularly and will book again if available!

Very clean!! Nice and roomy. Great place to stay if you are going to surrounding areas—Union, Washington, St Clair. Couch was comfy to sleep on if needed. Lots of blankets and towels. We didn’t hear the neighbors at all, it was very quiet. I would stay here again!
