Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Franklin County

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Hemsley Ranch! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how immaculately clean the home and guest home were — every space was spotless, cozy, and thoughtfully prepared. It truly felt like a home away from home. Our host was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making check-in seamless and ensuring we had everything we needed throughout our stay. One of the highlights was definitely the beautiful horses on the property! It was such a treat to watch them grazing peacefully just outside — a serene, almost magical experience that added to the charm of the ranch setting. If you're looking for a peaceful, well-maintained retreat with genuine hospitality and a touch of rustic elegance, this is the place. Highly recommend!

The little cottage was neither little nor a cottage. It’s roomy and comfy. We had a great time there staying as a family and felt right at home. My grandkids fell in love with Preston and want to move there! Thanks Jennifer for a wonderful weekend.

Let me tell you, Janes place is wonderful. Insuite bedrooms, comfy beds. Great big tele and comfortable couch to watch it from. (rare)! Perfect location and fun farm environment, if you are into it. If you are not it's not in your way, and btw the best ,cleanest water I have ever tasted out of a tap. Better than Lewistown MT. I'm a bit of a water snob so trust me. I highly recommend the Cow palace! Thank you Jane!

Great place on a golf course and in a quiet part of town. Attention to detail, especially clean, hot tub very well maintained. Happy to have another option in Preston since we're frequent visitors. Really felt right at home.

It was the perfect place for us. We went to see my daughters family and it was only a couple of miles away. We had a great group dinner and it had everything we needed.

5 stars!! This was our second time staying at Chris’s place! It’s one of the best Airbnbs we’ve stayed at! The hosts are amazing! We love the beautiful view, and how spacious and peaceful it feels. The hosts go out of their way to try to accommodate and provide extra touches. We especially appreciated the cold water in the fridge, since it was such a hot day! And of course Koda their dog is so sweet, and slept in front of the door to protect us! We definitely would recommend staying and hope to come back again. Thank you so much!

We had a great time. It is very open and lots of room to spread out. There are many comfortable rooms to sleep in. It is private, beautiful and the fresh air was amazing. We would definitely like to come back and spend more time.

It's a nice little spot with a view. I enjoyed the atmosphere and being in the middle of all the options. It's a mile away from a neat canyon with a reservoir, close to two hot springs, and not too far away from Preston. The furniture is homey, the layout practical, and the lack of cell service ideal (at least I thought so for a vacay).

Great place to stay. Ashlyn was very responsive and very helpful. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a group activity.

We really enjoyed staying at the cabin for two nights. It was great to be away from service and the technology world for a while. It was a beautiful home, and we are very grateful to have been able to stay.
