The basement has a private bedroom, full bathroom & living area with a TV. French doors lead out to the back deck where the hot tub is located. The top floor has 3 bedrooms & bathroom. Outside you can enjoy the view of the lake from a large screened in porch. There is a covered slip boat dock, jet ski landing pad & an outdoor fire pit.

Attached to main house, but with separate upstairs entrance, it has comfort and charm, featuring 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, a full kitchen, full washer/dryer, and a cozy living room. King bed in the master, tw/qu bunk bed in the 2nd room. Relax on deck overlooking a fenced-in salt water pool with a waterfall. With free dedicated parking, and beautiful gardens, your countryside getaway awaits!

Originally built in 1957 in Athens, GA and relocated to Storybook Farm, the Cottage finds itself among the most special characters! While staying at the Cottage, you may meet Dromedary camels, make friends with a strawberry loving African warthog, or sneak a peak of hatching cygnets. At night, enjoy peace and quiet in the North Georgia air and wake up refreshed & ready for another day on the farm! A unique experience for families, friends, and couples of any age.
