Monthly Rentals in Frankfort

Sean and Katie made sure we had everything we needed to be able to rest and relax. The house was easy to identify, the neighborhood felt safe, and the place was both neat and clean. Katie left water in the fridge for us and coffee selections to brew. The house is 9 minutes from Down Home Guitars which has a great selection of high quality acoustic guitars, dwarfing most guitar/ music shops.

Julie’s tiny home was a peaceful retreat. The farm and local area provide a nice private nestled space. All of the expected lodging items are provided in the house. Julie was extremely responsive and kindly even provided fire starters. I’d definitely consider rebooking!

This location is a beautiful home. I can't fault Shawn on nothing. The location though is far from Chicago; like 50 miles far. I did not realize that Illinois has so many small rural areas. So, for me, there was not much to do, but it was a peaceful stay.

This is my first time using airbnb and I'm so happy I chose to stay with Bill. The property is beautiful, the surroundings are beautiful, the airbnb itself is beautiful and feels so comfortable and at home. Bill was very kind and helpful when I needed his help with anything and he even put salt down on the stairs and deck to ensure my partner and I wouldn't fall from ice! 10/10 would absolutely stay here again 0 questions asked. Only downside is we did encounter a couple stink bugs and some big beetle bug looking thing but the intruders were handled accordingly! Haha! Best Stay Ever! Thank You Bill! 😄
