House On The Gale River, Franconia New Hampshire

Greetings, we hope you choose to vacation here and enjoy the area as much as we do! You'll find warm New England charm in our get-away home as well as the community itself. The Kitchen is full size and fully equipped, open to the eating area and living room with Brick hearth gas fireplace. There are 2 bedrooms on the 1st floor, 1 queen and one with a Vermont Tub bunk bed and sofa. Upstairs is the Master Bedroom with a King size bed and a comfy leather recliner with a big bank of windows. Full bath and 1/2 bath with laundry. Parking is ample and the house is bright with daylight. We are located in a quiet setting surrounded by Town wooded land and one neighbor and they are great! The accommodations are best suited for a couple, family of 4 or 2 couples. Hardwood floors, brand new appliances, kitchen stocked with spices, linens, towels, hairdryer, Wi-Fi, cable TV. Enjoy the fireplace, with forced HW base board heat being the main heat source. A covered farmers porch adds to the character and a super place to take in the quiet on a summer's day with the Gale River right there. Alternatively visit our "'Mittersill Retreat" house listed on AirBNB too!

Super secluded, quiet lakeside cape, Sugar Hill Area. A true winter wonderland in the winter months, with access to Cannon Mountain, Loon and Bretton Woods. Quirky house originally built in 1810 and added onto in the late 1800s. This is a true 4 season destination with skiing, hiking, swimming, and shopping / dining in Littleton which was voted one of the best small towns in America. Franconia Notch sights and activities are 20 minutes away. Snowmobile and hiking trails on my property.
