Positive Points: If you're looking for a good location with restaurants and bars is the best choice✨ I spent the weekend and loved it is close to São Paulo to go on foot or take the bus on Sunday is free and the neighborhood is safe In the view of the night area is gorgeous Box bed is new and super comfortable The TV works perfectly no lock has YouTube, Netflix and Disney apps Very good shower and the bathroom is beautiful The porter welcomed us well and we were able to get in and out of the condominium without problems Condomínio has a mini market and elevators Negative Points: The TV is facing for sofacama and is not comfortable is without foam it would be cool to change the sofa The electric stove is not powerful is old and takes a long time to heat And I missed a better blanket because it had a thin blanket would be cool to make a bigger comforter available to guests. I loved my stay and recommend it's a great place 🥰

Everything was excellent! Quick check-in, very polite and friendly host, responded to everything quickly. Excellent location, one block from 2 malls, Jardim Sul and Morumbi Town. Shops, cinemas, bars, restaurants, bakeries, all next to the apartment. Easy access to other neighborhoods, Burle Marx Park, Morumbi Park, Morumbi Stadium, all close to the apartment. Clean, impeccable location, air-conditioning, everything perfect! Highly recommended!

Good place to stay in for a single traveller nearby USP

The apartment is the same as the photos, comfortable and super helpful! There is no noise from other guests or from outside. Location is great, has a market and a bakery nearby. The neighborhood is beautiful and safe. I definitely recommend it!

One of the best places I've ever been to! :) really super nicely decorated and looked exactly like the photos. The pool is quite small, but is completely enough to cool off. There was nothing lacking in equipment. Viviane is super sweet and helped us with everything. We would come back ❤️

The mansion exceeded our expectations! We went in a group of six people, a child and a pet, and they all enjoyed a lot. The house is gigantic (to the point that we even get tired of walking, hahaha), structured and comfortable. The swimming pool is excellent, perfect for enjoying the day, and the barbecue area was very well enjoyed – we made great moments there! In addition, the host and housekeeper were extremely attentive, always available for any questions or needs. If you're looking for a spacious place with a structure to relax and have fun, this is the right destination.

We fell in love with the place by the photos and description of the announcement but the surprise was great when we arrived and the place was much more beautiful than in the photos. It was a super pleasant surprise and we had a great weekend as a family. Sandra gave all possible instructions and tips and always very kind. Among so many good things, if I have to choose only one place, this place is the pool area, it has everything there to stay all day. We hope the satisfaction was mutual and we hope to come back more often. Personal, 100% recommended!

It was my first experience on Airbnb and I just thought it was wonderful!! The hostess answered me promptly all the times I needed and the apartment was impeccable, smelling, all clean, everything working perfectly, I liked it very much and for sure when I return to São Paulo it is where I will stay with my family!! Ahh and we were still greeted with cake, chocolate and flowers, how not to be enchanted??

Paulo was an excellent host, always well communicative and giving clear instructions about the location and the apartment. The site is very good, multifunctional and perfect for two people. It has everything you need nearby because it is well located and is very close to Berrini station, a 3 min walk thing.
