Small functional and very well-equipped apartment with even a nice little balcony. The location is very good: opposite the departure of the Aiguille cable car, the whole centre of Chamonix, whose restaurants and shops are accessible in a few minutes on foot. Parking is also an advantage because parking is difficult in this city, note that the car park has several narrow passages and traffic requires attention. The only downside is the presence of a nightclub nearby whose music can be heard at night (not to the point of waking you up, however).

The place matches the photos. Situated in a quiet place and Jürg gives you passes to use the tram, but it's a short walk to the city centre. The only two things I would say is that you do hear the tram when it passes by and that the shower temperature is finicky (sometimes gets too hot!)

We had a wonderful stay in this really nice and well-equipped apartment. Thanks to Theda and Marcus as very nice hosts, we lacked nothing. Together with the surroundings, the good wine, the wonderful view from the balcony and many beautiful experiences, this was an all-round perfect Airbnb experience for us.

Great little apartment with everything you need , the tram station is right next to the building, a lot of great restaurants and coffee shops within 5 min walking. Daniel was super fast to respond and was very helpful!

Clean studio on arrival in all respects in accordance with the description with its very shady balcony! In the old town, probably difficult to access for two elderly people, it is ideally located. So to nitpick maybe, I would put a classic coffee maker to make a big bowl of coffee before leaving on a hike but we had planned it.🌞 Accommodation to recommend without hesitation. We stayed at Nicolas Airbnb for two nights as we were travelling from the North of England to Italy. We had an excellent stay - modern, spotlessly clean, excellent facilities, loads of space and a secure garden for our two dogs. We’re staying again in September on our journey back, would very happily stay for much longer.

Caledonia and her husband are lovely people and they helped me in many ways. Let me use their garden when friends came, gave me cherries from the tree and even gave me a lift by car twice without my having asked them for it. Outstanding people!

Great place to visit Lausanne and the neighbouring towns. 10 min walk to the station and 20 min by train to Lausanne station. Great appartement to stay with a baby/toddler! Anne provided all amenities for our little one to feel at home (including the bath). He especially loved the box of toys. Nice to be able to enjoy a small garden & terrasse. Anne has always been very responsive, despite our delayed arrival. And it is very convenient to have a host living not so far
